I'm the luckiest kid on earth

I've said this to myself when I was a kid and said it throughout growing up, I'm saying it now, and I'm sure I'll be saying it again: I'm the luckiest guy on earth.


And it's all for the same reason: I'm blessed with loving family and friends.

Who has a father who tell his son to his face that he loves him?


Who has a mother who puts her children first and gets him things he needs/wants for Costa Rica?


Who has a brother who takes his little brother out to a steak dinner just the two of them?


Who has a sister who writes him a loving card telling him he's amazing and a great uncle?


Who has a nephew who runs and grabs his leg by surprise whenever he can?


Who has a brother-in-law who's a fantastic father figure to emulate later?


Who has a sister-in-law who's fun to talk to and has great advice?


Who has best friends who remind him of the person he's called to be, who appreciate him, and love him?


Who's the luckiest guy on earth?


Someone who counts the blessings in his life.  I've watched the movies "Life is Beautiful" and "It's a Wonderful Life" recently, and those kinds of movies remind me that we're all blessed if we take the time to realize that we are.  Thank you, God.
